1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Company" means dara4d, the operator of the website accessible at https://dara4d.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
• "Platform" means the entire suite of online gaming, sports betting, lottery, and ancillary services made available by the Company through its website and any affiliated channels.
• "User" / "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened and maintained by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds (denominated in Indonesian Rupiah, IDR / Rp) held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses minus withdrawals and wagers settled against the User.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or loyalty reward credited to an Account subject to specific wagering or other conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before certain Account privileges (including withdrawals above specified thresholds) are enabled.
• "Togel" means togel (Toto Gelap), Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery game offered across multiple international draw markets on the Platform.
• "Applicable Law" means all statutes, regulations, directives, and legally binding instruments applicable to the Company in the jurisdiction(s) under which it is licensed.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account you represent and warrant that you have attained 21 years of age and can provide valid identity documentation confirming this upon request. The Company operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling and will immediately close any Account discovered to belong to a person under 21, forfeiting any Balance in accordance with applicable anti-fraud provisions.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is primarily designed to serve players resident in Indonesia. You represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. The Company makes no representation that Platform access is lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of dara4d complies with any laws applicable to you personally.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.

2.4 Exclusions

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on dara4d: (a) employees, contractors, directors, and officers of the Company or any of its affiliated entities; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing persons; (c) individuals currently subject to a self-exclusion order administered through dara4d or any third-party responsible gaming registry that the Company recognizes; (d) individuals who have been permanently banned by the Company for prior Terms violations.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes, but is not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP Nasional), date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah, IDR).

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify dara4d customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a periodic account review. Standard KYC documents include: a clear photographic copy of your KTP Nasional (Indonesian National Identity Card), proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your KTP. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request may have deposit, withdrawal, or betting privileges suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

You undertake to keep all Account information accurate and up to date. Any material change — including a change of residential address, email, or bank account details used for withdrawals — must be communicated to the Company's support team promptly. The Company will not be liable for failed transactions or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated or incorrect Account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dara4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga; and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable prior notice to Users.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 (bank transfer) / Rp 25,000 (e-wallet)
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000
• Maximum single Withdrawal: Rp 500,000,000 (subject to KYC completion and additional verification for amounts exceeding Rp 50,000,000)

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to your Account balance within minutes of bank confirmation. Withdrawals for verified Accounts are typically processed within two to five minutes during business hours (09:00 – 23:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours are queued and processed at the commencement of the next business period. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet systems.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a User through their own banking provider are borne solely by the User.

4.5 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your dara4d Account originate from legitimate sources and that you are the sole legal owner of those funds. The Company reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations and may temporarily freeze withdrawal access pending satisfactory response.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available by dara4d are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits, and validity periods. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form an integral part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion terms, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live casino games may contribute at reduced rates (10%–50% depending on the game type). The applicable contribution rate for each game category is displayed within your Account dashboard's active bonus tracker.

5.3 One Bonus Per User

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any given time. Claiming a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the outstanding prior bonus. Players are advised to complete or cancel active bonuses before opting into new promotional offers.

5.4 Abuse and Fraud

The Company reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus credit — and to close an Account permanently — where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bonus is being exploited through arbitrage strategies, coordinated group play, multiple account usage, or any other method deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Determination of bonus abuse is at the Company's sole discretion.

5.5 Expiry

Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Results

All betting and gaming outcomes are final once settled by the system. Where a result is recorded erroneously due to a technical fault, the Company reserves the right to correct or void affected bets and re-credit or debit Accounts accordingly. Notification of such corrections will be made via Account message or email.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including football fixtures from BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers , Serie A, Bundesliga, AFF Cup, and other competitions — are governed by the specific sports-betting rules published within the Platform's help section. Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, mix parlay accumulator, and live in-play markets each carry distinct settlement rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail for that market.

6.3 Togel Lottery Rules

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced directly from the official draw operators of the respective markets (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau). The Company bears no responsibility for delays, cancellations, or amendments to draw schedules imposed by those official operators. All togel bets are settled within one hour of the official draw result being published.

6.4 Live Casino

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the Company's system will record the last confirmed game state prior to disconnection. Bets already placed and confirmed before disconnection will be settled according to the game outcome; no refunds are issued for disconnections occurring after a bet has been accepted by the system.

6.5 Void Bets

The Company reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds arising from a pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed failure. Voided bets are refunded to the Account balance in full. The Company's liability in such circumstances is limited strictly to the return of the voided stake amount.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Commitment to Player Welfare

dara4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from every Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session-time alerts, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Any User may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years, or a permanent self-exclusion with no reinstatement option. Self-exclusion requests submitted via the Account dashboard or to customer support take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the User's Account will be suspended, all marketing communications will cease, and re-registration will be blocked.

7.3 Age Verification

The Company employs multiple layers of age verification to prevent underage gambling. Any Account where the holder is determined to be under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any balance (including winnings) will be forfeited in accordance with regulatory requirements.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents normal gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's favor without promptly reporting them to the Company.
• Colluding with other players, Company employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or financial crime through or in connection with the Platform.
• Registering under a false identity or providing materially inaccurate information during KYC verification.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under applicable law while actively misrepresenting your location.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls implemented by the Company.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in Account credentials or Account balances with any third party.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports-event manipulation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the dara4d brand name, logo, graphical assets, software code, game interfaces, odds data, text content, and database architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, license, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to dara4d or its partners beyond the limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorized use of dara4d intellectual property may give rise to civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

The Company endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, or governmental actions) may result in temporary unavailability. The Company is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.

10.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by dara4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: your data is collected for the purposes of Account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Your data is not sold to third parties. You retain rights to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its primary gaming license. Users acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by territory and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their own compliance with local law.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and the Company, you should first contact dara4d customer support in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. The Company will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. If the complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by the Company's licensing authority.

12.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this limitation period are permanently barred.

13. Amendments to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or on-site notification at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.
